Parking Brake Assembly tips needed
So what is the trick to getting this back together? I have managed the get the left parking brake pad hooked because the pin is already mounted to the assembly but the right side in the picture has two separate pieces.

Flatten the shoe retaining springs (fits over the shoes & pins) with dental floss or string. Helps hold them in a compressed state making it easier to twist the retaining cups onto the pins/shoes. Once the cups are twisted on...cut/burn off the string.

P.S. I used two needle nose pliers. One to hold the pin..the other to twist on the cup.
