Or is it just imposable to find a four speed flywheel for my vette.. I've been looking everywhere and cant find one for under $50.

I think the price you are looking for is too low. I did a quick check, and probably looked at some high end flywheels, but I found the follwing.
1. Centerforce Flywheel $225
2. SLP flywheel $ 305
3. Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel $420.
Even if these are on the high side, I still think that $50 is too low.
I did not know that they would cost that much either.

The flywheel you need is for what engine? I have a used BB 454 externally balanced that is in good condition but, as stated above, any installation should include the flywheel resurfaced.
