electric headlights for C3 !
I JUST FOUND THIS WEB SIGHT THIS LOOKS LIKE IT WOULD WORK WELL.PLUS YOUR NOT TAKING ALL THE VACUUM AWAY FROM THE ENGINE.I THINK.. ONLY WHEN I FLIP MY HEADLIGHTS UP THE ENGINE SEEMS TO STUMBLE A BIT MAYBE ITS NOT CONSTANT?http://www.vetteweb.com/tech/0408vet_c3lites/

That is a great mod!! I have the brackets for the conversion and look forward to not having to rely on vaccum in order to turn on my headlights.

Those are Chris McDonalds, 69myway, lights in the vette magazine article. I think even Groovyjay has the lights in his vette with a video. The lights snap up and down. Another member, Aftershark, has them in his vette also.

The relays are notorius for playing up. You can get new ones from gmpartdirect or rebuild them. Search for a norwegian? finish website that show how to rebuild them.
