if your talking about the straps that are laying on the rear deck, those hold down your t tops when your driving around with the t tops off, also please try to give a little more detail when asking questions,,or your answers are gonna be all over the place!!!
OK well I'm learning!
The straps in question are about 1" pull-tight type straps that came in a box with the car. Must be T-top straps.
The is no drop down tray under the rear window, should be fun trying to round up one of those
How late did they use removable rear windows?? 72-73?
I believe removable rear windows where available until 1972. The trays show occassionally on Ebay for about $100 but one has to be careful as there are several varieties. The differences are in the latching mechanisims. Proir to 1971 the latch was external with a handle that was lifted to release the tray. Later trays have a push button latch release set in the tray. Don't ask me how I know. The later trays can be fitted with some effort.
The straps are to hold the TTops and they too come in different configurations. 68,69 & early 70 are 2 single straps that attach above the wheel wells and clip in the center to a chrome u shaped anchor. One for each TTop. Later strap sets are in a T configuration and one strap holds both TTops.
