I finished gusseting the A-Arm mounts. Does anybody have pictures of how the gussets go on the motor mounts? I just wanted to make sure I don't have metal where something needs to be like steering linkage.

can't gusset the rear of the motor mount because of the steering box on the drivers side and it will hit the header on the pass side. I did not think of the steering system either but looking at it I think it will clear the gusset on the drivers side.
I will be dropping a Gen V Big Block in there, and plan on about 500 hp with about 525 ft lbs of torque. I wanted to make sure I had a good foundation for it to bolt to.
I still need to flip my frame over to finish welding the A-Arm gussets. Are the motor mounts hollow underneath? What if I welded a plate on the inside of the motor mounts to give it more area to hold onto the frame?
