Does anyone have a vacuum schematic for a 1981 that they could email me? My manual does not have one.

Go to Doc Rebuilds site ..He has Schematics there...

into your search engine. You should get numerous hits like:

As others have written, they are the place to get correct vacuum diagrams (and other parts) for your SPECIFIC year.
