Turn signal not returning

Right turn signal is not returning after a turn. The left works just fine. Can some one explain how to open up the steering wheel cover to get to the turn signal? Any hlep is appreciated. Thanks

There are two little springs on your turn signal switch that contact the cancelling cam (officially known as the horn contact carrier). Most likely, one of them is broken or dislodged. If I remember correctly, I think replacement springs are available at your local auto store.

I am fairly certain that a replacment cancelling cam is available from most catalog companies.
