check valve adjustment? If those puppies are a little too tight they won't shut all the way and cause a missfire.

Don't throw any more parts at it (7mm wires???). Check the valves first.

sorry...they are 8mm. It ended up being the wiring as far as I can tell...no more missing

You might as well pull the valve covers and find the valve with the wiped cam lobe ,start with the exhaust side.
