Maymyvetteliveforevr, I just tried the neutral safety switch test and still got nothing. So i guess its either a bad ignition switch or bad wiring.

I thought I should let you guys know that I finally got my vette started again after about 8 hours spent on it saturday. It turned out being a bad wire from the ignition switch to the starter. It took so long because the new starter sounded awful when engaged so I tried to shim it and it still sounded bad so I had to just put the old one back on. Thanks for all your help.
