81 trans?

81 trans?

Is the 82 vette the only one that has the 4 speed AOD trans or do 81's or any earlier have them as well? Thanks!

The '81 has the TH350C, which is a 3-speed auto with a computer-controlled locking torque converter. The regular TH350 does not have the lockup feature.

Only '82's.

(Now watch someone come in and say there were 14 rare '81 models with the 700R4 added as a late year addition).
