Default frame rust

Does anyone know of a way to have the frame dipped in a protective primer after it has been dipped and stripped? just raised the body on my 68 today, and the frame looks good. however, just sandblasting and painting the outside of the frame while leaving rust on the inside of the hollow frame bothers me. What are my options?

On another car I had I used a special flexible nozzle on my air-gun that is used by rust proofers, it is basically a long flexible tube with a perferated nozzle that sprays paint everywhere. You just insert it through an access hole of some kind and drag it along the rail spraying as you go.

I used POR to do inside area's like that.

If I were to do mine, I think I would take it down and have the frame powder coated and ask them if they could do anything for the inside. There are several holes in the frame in different places that might allow the powder coating to get good coverage inside the frame.

I've had 3 frames powdercoated by 3 different places and asked each one of them to coat the inside as best they could. The powder doesn't seem to go back very far into the holes. It covers enought just to look at, but it doesn't get good coverage to prevent further rust.

thats exactly how they shoot in the z-bart, cuz i was there when they did it, they use all the frame holes to acess the inside, and they get every nook and cranny, using those holes, and to make sure, i took it back a year later for a re-shoot ,,to get any area the first guy might have missed(only $80.00 the second and every time after with a reciept showing it was origionally done by z-bart)

Had my frame acid dipped because it strips the rust from the outside and inside. I POR15'd the outside but if I did it again would have it powdercoated. Eastwood sells a nice undercoating gun that I used to do inside the frame rails.
