whats the bolt pattern size for a 77....... i was looking for an after market wheel but not sure on the size....also, are the stock ones a 15"diameter wheel?

Yep, I just replaced mine with a Grant ( I beleive it was a 14 inch) wheel. I used the conventional Grant steering adapter and simply locked the telescopic function. If you are the only one driving the car, you probably do not use that function often anyways. And if you need to adjust it, just pop out the horn button and turn it with a screwdriver to adjust. I really like the looks of an aftermarket wheel better.

i've got a grant, don't remember what inch but my telescoping works perfect

I got a grant a while back for another vette I owned. It was like Rosslato's, but it was black stained mahogany instead of leather wrapped. I liked it a lot, very simple and clean, and I think it was only $225 or so, if I remember right.

Stock 77 is 14".
Put the Grant black leather one on my Corvette a long time ago. It has polished slotted spokes & a shallower dish which moves it closer to the dash. Nice, direct bolt on & works w/ tilt/tele. Pic. on website.
