just did this the other day. no sealer except the corners around timing cover and rear main, other than that keep it clean as a whistle. follow the recomended torque and pattern. awesome gasket

Thanks for your reply, torque spec,I hope is the same as a stock gasket. Now I've got to find the tightening sequence. next on my list is to figure out how to drop my centerlink assembly about a 1/2 inch to clear my nonstock 8 qt. pan. It never ends.

torque is 8ft lbs for side bolts and 18ft lbs for the ends. 1st snug em up, then for sequence start w/center bolt then do center on other side and then do X pattern till the sides done then do X pattern on the ends. 1st time u do it torque em to zero ft lbs then do the pattern again to 4lbs and again to 8lbs then toque the ends to 18
