I have a 69 with some subborn wipers. At present they won't shut off, even after both replacing and unplugging the switch. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!
Hi
I can't tell you how to fix it, but I think the problem is the motor itself, it has a relay to return it to parked position after you cut off the switch, there is an override on 68's under the steering column, two vacuum overides and a switch between them to stop the wipers so you can change blades, I'd look first at the wiper motor, the relay may be able to be replaced separately.

I remember years ago someone having a problem like this because of a bad ground. You could hook up a test lead with two alligator clips and give it a try by cliping one end to the wiper motor and the other to a good ground or directly to the battery ground just to check to see if this is your problem.
