Just not running right

MSD 6a Petronix ignition
New plug wires
The above have been in place for a year plus.... ie...no new changes
The car starts and idles fine but running down the road it's like it's running on 5 cylinders. But when I put my foot in it she runs like she's suppose to. I've checked plug wires.... what else should I check ?
