Default Torque specifications

Cast iorn Vortec head kit from Scroggins-Dickey just arrived. When I go to install them do I use the same torque specifications for the head bolts as the stock heads? And the aluminum intake manifold bolts ? Also what spark plug should I run with these ? Any help with this install would be appreciated. '
Thanks all;

I torqued my heads the same as non-vortec heads. The GM vortec intake did come with some information. I'm not at home but the intake was about 10-12 ft lbs. I went with the AC Delco #3 rapid fire plugs. Engine has not been fired up yet.

The final torque settings for the heads is 65 lbs/ft. But go in three stages like 35, then 50 then 65 in the order shown. You must torque down each bolt in the correct order. It takes time but worth it for not blowing a head gasket
