C5 fan on a C3
I am having trouble finding the thread regarding how to install a c5 fan on a c3 Vette. I remember this included a spacer because the cage was longer and I also remember someone had a template to make the spacer.
Can anybody point me in the right direction ?
The fan in my 76 is fine right now but it is original and I want to schedule the c5 fan replacement before it bails out on a 100 degree day.

I think that's a C4 fan/blower assy...Auto Zone has them...yes, it does increase air flow....second off, the spacer is just 3/4 inch thick...I used plywood...seal with RTV....
