OD shifter vs. TH400
Anyone know the difference between an BTO's shifter and the one I have now (TH400)? Looks like just the guide plate is different and if that's the case I can cut my old one for <$90.

The detent for the OD is setup to travel the same distance from P-1st. The difference is in the spacing between P-OD. The R and N are closer together and they added detents for 3rd and 2nd. You could grind your Th400 detent plate, just make sure that the trans is in the right spots to match the trans.
