I finally located some sources for the 5/16 x 1/2 self tapping flange head bolts that hold the brake clips and fuel clips to the frame. You know the ones that have a slight recess in the 1/2 hex head.
I called a few of the Corvette parts places and they all directed me to the junk yard.
The Fastenerhut.com has these in boxes of 50 or 5000 bright Zinc plated (I ordered a box of 50 for 30 bucks). I'll have lots.
For the High end folks you can ge them in Black Stainless from a company called TotallyStainless.com in Gettysburg PA.
They have complete stainless fastner Kits for C1,2,3 and others along with ARP stainless.

I found them at Corvette Central, they had them listed as front crossover line clip bolts. You only get two to a pack and the cost is about $3. Sounds like you found a better source though. Less than half that price.
