Headlights don't operate
Well there is definately a problem in my headlight pop-up system. My main question is: does anyone know how much vacuum the hoses are supposed to have. The reason i ask is that I was tracing the system trying to find where the vacuum problem is and i think it is at the two relay valves. I noticed that the very top hose has vacuum and so i pull the three hoses that are in a line below it and with the lights off- the top hose of the three should have vacuum- yet it doesn't. The thing is- what are the chances that both relays would be bad? And i know the very top hose on the relays has vacuum- but i don't know if it has what it should have because i don't know the amount of vacuum its supposed to have.
