Composite rear spring question
I have an opportunity to buy a used TRW composite spring in excellent condition for my car. It is a 340 lb spring, is this correct for my car to give it correct ride height with VBP 8" bolts and poly bushings? Right now the car has a 7 leaf steel spring and it sits way up in the rear. I've tried longer bolts but the rear doesn't want to come down to a normal ride height. I just bought a set of VBP 550 lb. springs for the front, will this be a good combination with the composite spring in the rear? I've heard both good and bad comments on this forum about this spring. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
