Rocker Panels
Hey Gang, does any body have any expereince in fitting rocker panels over hooker header side pipes,
I installed the pipes and know its time for the rocker panels, If youve done this you know what I'm talking about, is there a template out there to make the cutting and fitting easier

It's a custom cut & fit job. Too many variables between install & brands out there, so no templates or set instructions will work for all. Only advise I can give ya is to make a template out of cardboard for your application before you cut those expensive rockers. A dremmal tool works good for cutting and use lots of masking tape around the cut & during install to reduce scratches. Fine gage metal files for finishing the cut work good too.

thanks Ed, I was hoping there was an easier way, I like your idea of a card board cut out to help with first cuts........ at least it's a base line.
I'm going on vacation soon and won't try to mount them untill I return,
so I'll let you know how I make out
