Chevy High Performance has a lot of flow numbers on their site, you'll just have to type them in yourself and save them.

www.chevyhiperformance.com

Just do some digging there.

To get 650 it requires @ these minimums.

Heads that flow over 340 cfm intake and 240 exhaust.
compression in the 10.5 -11.2 range with aluminum heads
Roller cam that is @ 255/260 in the mid to high .600 lifts
large tube headers and good three inch exhaust.
