Default Windshield Wipers Crossing

Hello Fellow Vetteheads,
Having a problem with my windshield wipers crossing and getting stuck,
have to pull over separate them and it may or may not happen again. Do not travel much in rain but on occasion it happens, this is very annoying, anyone have this problem? How is it solved?
Thank You All in Advance.

Depending on the year, you have to preload the drivers side wiper. What year car?

You probably have wipers that are of unequal length from the insertion point. Correct that.

Could be that they are out of time. Don't know for sure about your 76, but my 72 wiper linkage has an adjustment screw/slot where each side connects to the motor.
Had to time mine cause they were bumping into each other.

Thanks All,
will check wiper size and look for that adjustment screw.

Glad you brought it up, mine do the same thing! I have a 78. I need to figure it out as well.

That's pretty much the same page in my AIM, just change the year to 81.
