Gear Vendors under/over drive unit
Does anyone know if one of these has been successfully installed in a C3 without any major tunel mods? I would love to throw one of these puppies behind my Turbo 400 but I just don't think it will fit. I emailed them with the same question be did not get a reply....not sure what that means...

I did a bit of research into these. I think the tunnel should be OK. Bigget issues I see are COST and modding driveshaft. It costs about $2500 for the GV overdrive plus the cost to mod your driveshaft. You can get some nice auto boxes for around a thousand with ODs in them. Look into the 200R and 700R. Not sure which one but one of them drops in fairly easy.
