alright, i've been quiet on here for a while but i really dug into my interior today and am inspired to get on a roll....i took a ton of pics to photo-document how it all fits back together, and i have one question and hopefully some inspiring shots....i bought a new frame last week and am going to eventually (hopefully sooner than later) transfer the whole car to the new frame. i kinda figured out the interior dissembly as i went along, but i'm sure i'm going to be asking a lot of questions once i hit the engine. here's the pics.....

my one question so far.....what the heck is this thing? it would be sitting right under the radio if it were in there

where my interior was this morning....

where it is tonight....

i really wish i had a before picture, but here's my center bezel and shifter console all prettied up....

man i'm exhausted....

Default Great start.........

Your gauge cluster and center console look very nice. Did you repaint them? I had the console off yesterday on my '79 to replace a power window switch and don't recall seeing that part. A previous owner had split the side panels at the back end of the console. That saved me from removing the seats to remove them. Consider that before reinstalling them. Joe.

Looking good. While-you-are-at-it-itis is soon to follow. I mean, you do have the entire interior out, you might as well put in some sound dampener and new carpet. Might as well replace those old doors for the rear compartments. It just goes on and on till the whole car looks like new again.

Keep up the good work.
