Not sure about your brake question. Most folks are wanting to go the other way.

73 350 computer? Which computer are you refering to? The 73 has no engine management computer, unless someone has added TPI or an aftermarket FI. The stock 73 wiring is pretty straightforward. What do you need to know?

The '73 predated computers. The standard wiring diagrams are available on The '73 Spot.

This is just a guess but maybe changing the master cylinder? You could check this out by whether PS masters are a different part # from manuals.

I tried to go the other way when I found a power brake booster in the pile o' parts i inherited...apparently, its not only the master cylinder that changes, the entire geometry of the pedals changes as well. I couldn't just buy a power master cylinder and bolt everything on. I needed the assembly that the brake pedal bolts too. So if you can find a donor car that has manual brakes, takes all that stuff out and put it in your car, and then plug off the vac fitting on the back of the carb. I think.

I got the brain storm. Post so it'll be seen you want manual and will trade power.
You both win and no guessing or brain ackes down line.
