Hey guys wat up? This isn't really my first post, I haven't been on here for about a year and a half. I finally got my 400 motor rebuilt and I'm rockin again. I have a 79 Vette, which has an 80 body, I'm assuming someone cracked it up in the past. I just had side pipes put on from jet hot at the same time they put together my motor. Ehhhh well its a pretty car, the interior is about half way restored, after I finish ill get paint. Enough about that.
I have been trying to figure out what is causing my problem for the last week now. I thought maybe you guys would be a bit of help. This is what is going on.... There is loud, rapid, clicking and popping comming from the passenger rear wheel. It gets louder and steadier the harder I get on the gas. If i go slow you wont hear it. If I make a right, its really loud. If i make a left, usually wont make any noise at all. If someone else is in the passenger seat (200 lbs), it wont make any noise at all. If I creep while on the break, I could feel thumping comming from the same area. I took the wheel off and cleaned everything, and greased everything and it didnt help. There is no ebreak on that side. there is a ebrake on the driver side but it dont work. The cables are there on both sides and there is a cable going to the break itself. Thats pretty much all the details I could think of right now, hope it is enough.
