Wiper Door issue

Wiper Door issue
My wiper door randomly opens, then closes. Before I start pulling my hair out trying to troubleshoot this, does this sound familiar to anyone. My first guess is the wiper relay under the fender, spring is weak in there or something???

They are kind of complex buggers. There is a switch for closing near the vac motor/wiper- doubt the problem.
Not sure but some vacuumy controller under the dash? I seem to remember this as been hidden somewhere. Maybe near the right vent (might be my caddy) or under the center console near the switch.
Or it was on the steering column
I kind of remember it existing but not sure where. 
I only mention it since it might be the problem and you don't know it exists. I think its a second controller or vac venting thing designed to pull your hair out.
