Default Parking Brake Issues..

My Passenger Rear Wheel Makes A Rubbing Noise , If I Slightly Pull Up On The Parking Brake While Driving The Noise Stops, Then When I Release The Parking Brake The Noise Continues. My Question Is? Can The Brake Be Adjusted Or Does It Need To Be Replaced?

The parking brake is a drum brake and can be adjusted just like the norm. A star wheel expands or collapses the pads. Sounds like putting them on is just getting rid of vibration and they only need to be sucked in a bit.
To adjust take off wheel and rotor, the rotor is the drum.

There is also a central stud tightener that takes the slack out of both rear cables. I don't think this is the problem though.

Since the shoes are only used while stationary, you'll usually find little wear, but the other parts corrode over time. Get one of the stainless replacement kits and you won't have to revisit that system for a good long time.
