Door adjustment ?????
OK..had the car painted, installed new weather strip...(maybe a year...18 months ago now)
Problem is that I cant get the doors to close all the way.
I have adjusted the striker pin all the way inward ,but when i push the door in, it latches then springs out about 1/2".
Its as if the pin needs to go further in towards the interior of the car..or the pin needs to be thicker to stop it from moving on the latch (you can push the car in whilst its on thelatch)
Any ideas????

Sounds to me like the latch is catching on the first rachet only. Did you move it out a little bit and see if it is catching on both rachets. If I'm not mistaken if you close the door slowly you will hear two distinct clicks.
If you have the striker too far IN, it won't be able to reach the second catch
