i run the dry type coil mounted on the intake, had the oil filled blaster 2 coil also mounted there and it burned out a winding because a air bubble forms when these type coils are not mounted vertically............. this back fed the msd 6a box and fried it, now i run the 6al and the dry type coil,,the gentleman at the speed shop caught it..i should have being a electrican for 26 yrs we always pour a level concrete pad to set a transformer on,,,LEVEL THERE OIL FILLED--------------------------photo shows location of 6-al box and dry coil on intake mount-----------------------
