Here is where i am currently stuck. Maybe someone has some ideas that might save me some time. First when I push the interior washer button and all I here is a clicking sound from the wiper motor, its not easy to locate ( No one to press button). My headlamp system main hose is diconnected and the diagram I have is not very clear. All the hoses are free from debris and blow clean. Another thing the valve plunger under the passenger wiper blade has three hoses connected to it, can someone please tell me where the top one goes to. Thanks all.
The clicking sound is good because it means that at least your pump is working and turning. The clicking is coming from the yellow (white) plastic pump on top of the windshield wiper motor. The diaphram in there might be broken. I'd check out all the lines first. The headlamp hose connection on the pump has to be plugged (there are two of them as I remember). Just run a short tube between the two, otherwise water will just squirt on the ground.
Also, I found that if the line to the washer bottle is completely dry, it has to be "primed" because the pump doesn't have enough strength to pull the fluid all the way up.
If all the hoses are tight and leak free, you probably need a new diaphram and washer kit for the pump.
