Dyno-Tuner Central New Jersey Area

I just installed and fired my new 383 and am having some trouble with the exhaust temp. Some people say it's to lean, some say it's to rich, I'm concerned thats it's the timing. Anyway I'd also like to optimize the performance, so a dyno-tune sounds like a good idea, any referrals for New Jersey??
