i have a stock 71 LS5, i'm thinkin my first mod will be a 5 speed trannie... what do yo think is the best mod you've done to your c3

Without a doubt the ZZ4 385 hp creat w/ alun vortec heads and the Kesiler 5 speed.

From a practical view,the five speed is an excellant choice..been looking myself,but will do it when I have to rebuild engine...then I can accomplish more....just got to decide which tranny...thinking Richmond..

Keisler 5 speed. Changed the whole car. I have done many mods, this was by far the best. Not cheap but well worth it.

For me
1.Be Cool Aluminum Radiator and electric fan system.
2.700R4
3.140MPH speedo.

That 85 MPH speedo .....I hated it.It bugged me to be up over 100MPH and not really know how fast I was going.It was just stupid.

overdrive is the best mod for any street driven C3... With the overdrive, you can also go with bigger rear gears which make the car feel stronger too...
