Hot Rod Air... Experiences

I have finally received my Hot Rod Air system for my 73 vette. Promised in 2-3 weeks, it's been 10 weeks. Here is my question, this thing looks like a spider's web. Has anyone else done it? I am really kinda ready to slam them for a couple of things. I don't even know if that is acceptable. Is it?

I've installed both into various cars and we HIGHLY recommend "Vintage Air" to our customers. We have installed around 10 VA systems(not counting 3 of our personal cars) with great results. If I ever decided to put AC back into the car it will be Vintage Air.
