Does anyone know where I can find a graph of primary lengths as a function of optimal RPM bands?

There was some supporting vendor on the forum a while ago that would post in the Engine Tech section that offered custom designed headers. He knew all there was to know about it, maybe you can find him...anyone else remember?

Headers by ed designs a set or builds them for you depending on every little thing about the car.
I was being sarcastic about the above question but did find this. Whether its any use I don't know since I don't have excell.

Primary lengths don't determine optimum rpms. Primary diameter does. Length just shifts it above or below this chosen point. Although this definition is lacking in there must be one perfect length for one perfect diameter to shift it in the first place.
