I really screwed up this time. I'm replacing the weatherstrip on my '81 T-Tops and the LH top turned out perfect. I got too agressive working the RH top and cracked the glass.
I only paid $2500 for this car, it was a package deal when I was buying a basket-case '64 convertible.
I have some questions until I locate and buy a replacement.
1. Will the glass leak with very minor cracks?
2. Can the glass be replaced?
3. Should I just keep monitoring Ebay?
The drivers side T-top, on my 80, has two cracks that connect in a crossing pattern. Maybe I've been lucky but it doesn't leak when I wash the car and doesn't leak driving in the rain. The cracks are substantial. I can feel them, with my fingernail, from the interior side.

80 Black Vette
The plastic between the glass layers is keeping it from leaking. It's made similar to a windshield.
