I recently changed clutch, throw out, and had the flywheel resurfaced.
I now have a vibration during acceleration. I made the mistake of pulling the output yoke out without marking it. Do you think it may be a balance problem with the shaft, or an alignment problem when I re-installed the transmission. Either way I need help gettiing rid of the pesky vibration.
Hope you changed the pilot bushing...another cause is if the flywheel was sufaced to much...doubt tranny alignment an issue..a worn yoke can cause vibration..
Check whether it goes away with clutch disengaged...
Good luck...
Does it shudder only when engaging the clutch, then go away when clutch is fully engaged? If so, the flywheel is warped.
I stood there while they resurfaced the flywheel I don't think the fly wheel is warped. I haven't tried checking the shudder with the clutch engaged. I will try to run the car tomorrow and let you know.

I did not change the pilot bearing. The car hasn't been driven a whole lot in the last two years. The only reason I changed the clutch was I had a Flywheel to started problem and went in to change the ring gear on the flywheel. I figured while I had it out I might as well freshen it up.
I am going to check it to see if it does it with the clutch dis-engaged
Thanks
