Pricing Help
A guy who is into really old cars called me the other day and said he had aquired a 68' convertible about 10 years ago and it has been in his barn since. He is in to early Fords and finally decided that he wants to sell the Corvette. He wants me to give him an idea of what it is worth. As mentioned it is a 68' conv. originally a 427 now has a new (10 years ago ) 454, 4 speed. A frame off restoration was started prior to him getting the car. The frame has been cleaned and painted. body is mounted, has original seats, dash is out. has a lot of new parts still in boxes. Body is good, no rust. I know you are going to want more info, but I have not seen the car. I will check it out this weekend. I am looking for a ball park figure. I need something to talk to him about.
