My frame was not as bad as yours ... but the birdcage was wasted.
I ended up buying both rolling chassis and rear clip for $1500.
You chould be able to find a decent rear clip for $500.
It is well worth the hassle of replacing the rusted out pieces
in your birdcage ... which will run a few hundred or so anyway.
... just my advice, been there, done that.
BTW - I love to fab stuff up, but this was too much.
