Default wiring harness trouble

anyone know the color of the wires and or the shape of the connector going from the firewall to the tranny for the backup lights? thanks

I just rewired my vet about 2 months ago & I believe they are light green & the connector is is on the drivers side kick panel 12 wire connector. Wire colors y,dg,lg,brn,t,or,w,lbl. not all connector are used. Hope this helps

I think you're talking about the back-up lamp switch wiring. On my '71, it's two wires that are light green and pink.

The switch mounts to the trans (on my 4-spd) and the wire connector plugs into the main harness' connector in front of the left-side firewall about 12 inches below the hood line. The wires are about 18 inches long, or so.

Pink and green on my 70. The connector is L shaped.
