I've got the Aeromotive A-1000 on mine and it has done very well. I use -10 feed and a -8 return system. Make sure you use a fuel return to help pump live longer.
It would probably handle N20 also, but I would think you would need to look into a dedicated separate fuel system for the juice. That's a pretty serious hit you have there. For the serious guys they are using a killer pump on the nitrous side to make sure there are no pressure drops when it is activated. I've seen some scary lean conditions on data loggers when using serious plate/fogger systems.
Give Jeff Prock a call....he is one of the best going these days.

Thank you all very much for your replies! Engine should be going onto the frame in a few weeks, and after that the plumbing to it begins!

I run a 1/2 inch stainless line and twin high pressure holley bumps with the best regulator that holley makes. Running dual pumps each with it's own bottom feed from the tank also contributes to reliability. I have each on a seperate switch. Like a air plane I turn one on at a time to check proper function. One will always get you home if one fails.
Running together my line pressure is 16 pounds and the regulator drops it to 6.
The regulator cost me more then the 2 pumps.

Do you have pictures of what you did at the tank?

Actually Norval, after talking to the engine builder we went with nearly the same setup that you have, 2 holley blacks on 1/2 inch lines coming from the bottom of the tank, running a return style fuel log from the carb on 5/8 in line
