I can't 100% say that the holley and demon metering blocks have different passages. Because i don't have a holley carb to do a side by side with. I do know that i was out of town and needed my Metering block to fuel bowl gasket replaced and I could only get the Holley set from a parts store. It was not an exact fit and I had to put some holes in it or enlarge some.
It was enough of a pain that i swore that i would never use Holley again.
Received the adjust-a-jets yesterday. Got one installed. Tooks some doing as things didn't fit well. After I had one side finished I set the carb on the intake and realized my drop down air filter base will no longer fit. I'm sending the adjust-a-jets back and buying a set of "normal" jets.

Your drop base air cleaner not fitting is a given. YOU can rework it with a punch and dimple it.
The problem I ran into was I ran about an 80 jet. I could only get the adjust a jet in sizes that went up to 79 or so and 80 and up.
It didn't give me adjustability in the range I wanted to run. I was on the high end of one size and the low end of the other one.
I bought the holley bowls with the plugs for quick jet changes without pulling the bowls. With a little practice you get good at it.
I'm not sure but I don't think a hammer and punch would do it. The air cleaner base needs to be oblong to reach out over the bowls that are extended 3/4" further with the adjust-a-jet blocks in place.
The adjust-a-jet blocks had too sharp of radiuses on the four corners to let the demon bowls fit over... I had to take the corners to a belt sander with a 320 belt to enlarge the radiuses. Also another problem was once I tightened the bowl up there wasn't room for the nut to fit over the adjustment nut... (corners of the nut were hitting against the edge/top of the bowl)
Another problem is the demon has that plastic "J" vent that I had to take off. Anyway... you never know unless you try.
Something good came of it though... well sort of. Found and cleaned out a bunch of chips from the BG. When I took the BG metering block off to take the plastic vent off I took look down into all the little holes with a zeiss microscope with that has a bore light... Found a hell of a lot of chips. I could tell the smaller holes drill here and there were drill by hand... (probably someone in china). You could see where the drill fished around before it founds its mark.. Also saw a hole started and then it was pulled out and restarted in another spot. These holes are the one at the bottom of a larger predrilled blind hole... I suppose the larger predrilled blind hole was just to mark the spot for them to do it by hand with the little drill bit. Anyway where these hole intersect the chips was still hanging and chips there were loose. To get ride of the hanging chips they should have gone back with the first drill to knock these off. I washed out the loose chips best I could with syringe needle and acetone.
