Carb choices..it's been a while
This is what I got.
1985 vette(L98) 4speed. 355CID 4 bolt, 10:1 compression, Comp Cams XE268, 1.6 RR's, 882 heads w/ 2.02 & 1.5 valves, ported intake & exhaust side ported & polished, also had some bowl work done.
Thats about it. Nothing major, just a very mild combo( from what i'm used to)
I was thinking of a few things...havent done alot of research, so I dont know what is new on the scene by way of intakes & carbs, but it cant be too drastic.
Package 1.. Edelbrock C-26 w/ 500cfm elec choke( some bling, but overcarb'ed IMHO)
Package 2.. Edelbrock Performer RPM w/ Holley 750 Double Pumper(tried & true & makes good power).
Any other things I should look at that are new? I'll be doing some research on what has come out in the last few years.
