Default 1970 horn "notes"

I would like to know what "notes" were available in 1970 as I have a bad horn with a H with a circle around it and an E stamped into it. I believe it is a High note horn, in the note of E but someone told me only A and f were available. Thanks

1970 low note horn was GM part No. 9000245 and is mounted on the passenger side. High note was 9000246 and is mounted on the drivers side. The horns have the last 3 digits of the part number and a manuf. date code stamped into the flat areas near the sound opening.
Date codes contain a number for the year, month and week. Painted semi gloss black.
(1971 and 1972 model years used only one horn.)

Thanks for the info on the horns and I was able to track one down as these are very hard to find and in working condition, and they were nice enough to clean and paint it for me. Thanks again
