Default Smog pump fan removal

Need some help.....bought a used smog pump, hoses, etc for my 70 LT-1 restoration project underway

Can't figure out how to get the pump fan off without braking it....anyone ever take one of these off, how's it done?
Doesn't look like any kind of "puller" will work....

Is it threaded on or pressed on the pump shaft..?

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

thanks

Very difficult to remove without breakage. They are pressed on to a splined hub. I have been able to work them off with penetrant and a screwdriver but only limited sucess. Some times they break.

HINT: Those white fans are also common to Buicks and Caddies so they might not be as rare as you think. NOBODY looks under the hood of an old Buick for Chevy smog parts at the boneyard. The pumps are the same casting number but are frequently machined differenly.
