Default Valve Springs

So I have come down to 2 different valve springs.

The LT4 valve spring or another more expensive valve spring.

the LT4 valve spring :
Outside Diameter (in) - 1.32
Pressure at Installed Height
(lbs @ in) - 101 @ 1.78
Solid Height (in) - 1.22
Average Rate (lbs @ in) - 332
Retainer Part Number - 10212808
Technical Notes - Kit of 16 springs P/N 12551483

The other spring
Outside Diameter (in) - 1.379
Pressure at Installed Height
(lbs @ in) - 140 @ 1.75
Solid Height (in) - 1.15
Average Rate (lbs @ in) - 325
Retainer Part Number - 330586
Valve Stem Kit - 10132715
Technical Notes - Kit of 16 springs P/N 330585

I have a hydraulic Roller cam with 213/219 at .050 and .462/.471 lift.

LPE didnt give me any spring specs, just a recommendation for some parts they dont carry anymore. So I am gonna fudge it with some GM peices.

ZZ4's come with the LT4 valve spring and have a larger cam than yours, so I would think they would do fine in your application. I had to change mine out when I went to a .545" lift cam .... too close to spring bind for me. Ended up using Manley valve springs for LT1&4 engines.
