Sorry to ask but the search is down and I plan on starting this project bright and early tomorrow morning.
Wanted to run through what I think I'm doing. I will remove the wheel, pop the cap off the hub, pull out a pin and remove a nut. From there the rotor/hub assembly should slide off the spindle and one of two bearings may plop out at this point. The other bearing will be held in by a seal? This will need to be tapped out with either a screwdriver or preferably a close-fitting socket.
Pack new bearings and drop in the one held in by the seal. Tap the new seal in protecting it with a block of wood. Insert other bearing and washer and slide onto (cleaned) spindle.
I think I have that part down but I'm a little leary of the next part.
Thread nut on and tighten while turning rotor until it just starts to drag. Back off until you can drop a fresh pin in.
The manual says to preload the bearing nut to 12 ft/lbs. Loosen, then finger tight. You shouldn't feel ant play in the rotor. I just did mine, while doing the brakes. BTW, my existing bearing looked good, so I just repacked and used them.

New races are normally are included when you get the bearings. Be careful when driving out the old races. You don't want to score the bores inside the rotor. I used a brass punch to drive the races out on mine when I did it.
