I have been asking around though, and from what I understand, you will need a spring compressor tool, a pickle fork to separate the ball joints, and other basic tools. The job sounds fairly easy, but just takes a little time.
If you replace the bushings, most people I've talked to recommend having a shop press out the old ones, and press the new ones in. They say it's easy to bend the ears on the control arm if you do it wrong, and if you do, most likely the control arm will be ruined.
